True Relationship

February 18, 2025

One day the disciples of Lord Jesus Christ came to Him and asked Him to teach us how to pray. And Jesus taught them a wonderful prayer.

Luke 11:2-4 NKJV – So He said to them, “When you pray, say:

Our Father in heaven

Hallowed be Your name.

Your kingdom come.

Your will be done

On earth as it is in heaven.

Give us day by day our daily bread.

And forgive us our sins,

For we also forgive everyone who is indebted to us.And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one.”

The above Lord’s prayer is the ministry secret of Lord Jesus Christ. Lord Jesus was one hundred percent successful in His ministry. Jesus gave His ministry secrets through the Lord’s prayer. Because Jesus wants you to be also one hundred percent successful in your ministry.

The Lord’s prayer begins with the relationship with God. The prayer we pray to is our Father in heaven. Prayer is the act of the relationship with God. Without the relationship with God you cannot do nothing to God

What relationship do we have with our God?

The bible says in John 1:12 KJV – But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God

The moment you received Jesus as your Saviour. You got the right to become the children of God. How did you receive Jesus? You received Jesus by faith, that faith leads to the baptism of water and baptism of the Spirit. In other words it’s a born again experience. The faith in Jesus leads to the born again experience. Through this reborn experience you became the children of God.

My beloved you are His children this is the relationship you have with your God and He is your Father

John 1:12-13 NKJV – But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: 13 who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God

John 3:3 NKJV – Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

John 3:5 NKJV – Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.

You could see the same in the life of Jesus

Jesus was baptized in the Jordan River and while He was praying He was filled by the Holy Spirit. And now a voice came from heaven You are My beloved Son. The faith Jesus had upon His Father leads to baptism of water and the Holy Spirit which revealed Him the relationship with God.

You are My beloved Son

Luke 3:21-22 NKJV – When all the people were baptized, it came to pass that Jesus also was baptized; and while He prayed, the heaven was opened. 22 And the Holy Spirit descended in bodily form like a dove upon Him, and a voice came from heaven which said, “You are My beloved Son; in You I am well pleased.”

This is the true relationship we have. This relationship will not fail. This relationship shall not be ashamed.

Through this relationship Jesus overcame the world. He overcame all the temptations. He was one hundred percent successful in His ministry. He failed in nothing. He just won everything. The reason is, the relationship with God the Father. The bible says in John 16:33 KJV These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world

Beloved, please give heart to Jesus, so that you can also overcome the world. Today begin a true relationship with Jesus. He will change your life completely and beautifully. This relationship is an eternal relationship. He will not betray you, rather He gave His own life on the cross to have true relationship as Abba Father.

You are a overcomer. Inheritance of your Father is waiting for you.

1 John 5:4 NKJV – For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world – our faith.

Revelation 21:7 KJV He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. Amen.
