JESUS loves you more than the world loves you
Dear Brothers and Sisters in CHRIST,
Love flows from your heart towards a person or on the things of this world. The same love from your heart in a moment can become bitter when the the person offends you.
Let me share an experience in my life- my cousin used to advice me a lot, but I did not listen to her. Later, when she realised that I am not following her advice, at once she stopped talking with me and I became lonely having no one to share my worries or joy.
Brothers and Sisters, the love that the world shows on you changes in moments. But the only love that does not change is JESUS’ love and even though HE was GOD, HE chose to come to this earth as a man just to show HIS love and grace.
You may be left alone by your parents or by a loved one because of your behavior or your sinful life. One thing you should remember is that the love GOD had on you when He created you in your mother’s womb has never changed at all. GOD still continues to love you with the same love since the day of your creation.
GOD holds you and also watches over you every second and as the Bible says He not only holds you but has also drawn you in the palm of HIS hands.
I encourage you to take a moment to think how beautiful you are in GOD’s eyes.
“Behold, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands” –Isaiah 49:16
GOD has created you in HIS own image.
“So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.” –Genesis 1:27
Even when you move away from HIS love because your sins, the grace of GOD still follows you to show that HE still loves you more and more.
There may be problems in your life which makes you think, “Why should these problems exist if GOD still loves me?” Do not lose heart, Your problems will only make you stronger and better in the various weak aspects of your life.
When you trust in HIS grace, HE will save you.
“But I have trusted in Your mercy; my heart shall rejoice in Your salvation.” –Psalms 13:5
JESUS loves you and so HE gives you the grace to move closer to GOD. But because you receive HIS grace, can you still continue to sin?
Romans 6:1-2,6,10,11
What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin that grace may abound?
By no means! How can we who died to sin still live in it?
We know that our old self was crucified with him in order that the body of sin might be brought to nothing, so that we would no longer be enslaved to sin.
For the death he died he died to sin, once for all, but the life he lives he lives to God.
So you also must consider yourselves dead to sin and alive to God in Christ Jesus.
Continue to walk in the love of the LORD JESUS CHRIST.
JESUS loves you.
