Why no fruits in life?

Dear sisters in Christ,

In the bible, JESUS has very beautifully described the parable of the sower.

We have 4 different people in this parable:

1. Way side
2. Stony places
3. Thorns filled places
4. Good ground

The above 4 people have different nature in their life but they receive the word of GOD (Seeds) in same manner. But the seeds did not give same fruits and some did not event start to grow. Let us see each one of them in detail:

Wayside Person

Those by the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved. Luke 8:12

The fowls came and devoured them up. Matthew13:4

Stony Places

And these are they likewise which are sown on stony ground; who, when they have heard the word, immediately receive it with gladness; Mark 4:16

And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word’s sake, immediately they are offended. Mark 4:17

They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away. Luke 8:13

Thorns Filled Places

And these are they which are sown among thorns; such as hear the word, Mark 4:18

And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful. Mark 4:19

And that which fell among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth, and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection. Luke 8:14

Good Ground

But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience. Luke 8:15

And these are they which are sown on good ground; such as hear the word, and receive it, and bring forth fruit, some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some an hundred. Mark 4:20

Thief will steal the word of GOD from your heart so he can destroy you, because only by the power of the word of GOD we can win him just as JESUS did after 40 days of fasting.

The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: John10:10

Sit in the presence of GOD and be patient to bring fruits in your life like the Good ground.

I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. John10:10

All the above 4 types of people have accepted the word of GOD but 3 of them were not able to overcome the worldly things in their life. Sisters if there are any things within you that are stopping you from reading & seeking GOD’s word you will not be able to bear fruits in your life.

Seek GOD first and your life will change.
