The Prayer of faith
And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him (James 5:15)
Greetings in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ,
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1)
Faith is a substance. If faith is a substance it must have a shape and its own weight. Yes, the faith in you has a shape and weight. How can you find the shape and weight of the faith? It can be seen through joy and peace in you. If the faith begins to operate in you, always there will be overflowing joy and peace of God in you. You may go through a difficult situation but the faith is in you will bring the joy and peace of Lord.
All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes; but the LORD weigheth the spirits (Proverbs 16:2)
Yes my beloved, God weigheth your spirit. What does God weigheth in your spirit? It’s none other than your faith. Gods always works by your faith. Everyday God weigheth your spirit and He gives new grace every morning. Your faith will bring transformations in your own spirit as well as in the Kingdom of God. Today, God is looking for the person who prays in faith.
And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who approaches Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him (Hebrews 11:6)
If you are asking ‘how to pray in faith?’, I will give you the very simple way. Kneel down to the Lord Jesus and thank Him for the cross of Calvary and for the Salvation. Repeat this until you feel the joy and peace of God filling you. When joy and peace of God fill you that is the moment your faith is initiated. Now it is the time you have to pray to God. Most of us stop the prayers when they get filled with joy and peace. No, that is the time we need to start the prayer. Here is the place your Prayer of Faith begins.
When you pray and pray, your faith in you will begin to grow. The waiting time in the Presence of God will strengthen your faith and the substance faith will be shaped well and the weight of your faith will gradually increase. During the prayer, don’t get satisfied with the joy and peace of God, but beloved go beyond that, love to hear the voice of God, always be eager to know the heart of God. These things will happen only when you pray in faith.
With much burden and heavy heart the Holy Spirit is looking for the person who prays in faith. The more I could say is, the Holy Spirit is crying that the generation whom He has chosen is not praying. He says the few people I have chosen are praying for blessings alone, but not to know My heart. God says I am ready to reveal my heart to those who pray in faith. Amen.
Please submit yourself to God to pray with faith.
God wants you to do two things
- Pray fervently for the people in prison.
- Let your faith be in action.
Pray fervently for the people in prison
So Peter was kept in prison, but the church was fervently praying to God for him (Act 12:5)
After resurrection of the Lord Jesus, peter was arrested for his preaching about Lord Jesus. So the followers of Lord Jesus prayed fervently by faith. So the Lord brought peter out of the prison. This is what Holy Spirit wants you to do, pray for the people in the prison with addictions and all sorts of sin.
If you pray in faith the Lord will heal the sick and He will raise them up from sick bed. Beloved please pray for the sick people all over the world. Even if the doctors can’t help them, if you pray, Lord Jesus will definitely heal them.

Let your faith be in action
In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead (James 2:17)
When Jesus was preaching, four men jointly brought a paralytic to Jesus; since it was crowded they uncovered the roof and placed the paralytic before Him. Jesus saw the faith of the four men and healed the paralytic. Beloved the faith should be accompanied by action. Bring the sick person to Jesus.
Then a paralytic was brought to Him, carried by four men. Since they were unable to get to Jesus through the crowd, they uncovered the roof above Him, made an opening, and lowered the paralytic on his mat. When Jesus saw their faith, He said to the paralytic, Son, your sins are forgiven (Mark 2:3-5)
God says, when your faith is accompanied by action then you will yield fruit in your ministry as well as in your personal life, Amen.
Beloved, don’t forget to pray in faith every day. May the Lord Jesus bless you and heal you from all sicknesses and bondages. Amen.
