God loves you

June 1, 2017

My dear children,

Its such a joy to get in touch with you through this blog!

Jesus loves you very much and He wants to bless you today.

Let me share with you a small story of how Jesus blessed little children like you when He was on the face of this earth two thousand years ago!

One day Jesus was in a place called Judea, teaching a throng of people there, about God’s kingdom! There was a huge crowd and people could hardly see Him and many were asking Him various questions.

But amidst all the noise that was around Him, Jesus noticed that His disciples were to one corner, not letting a certain group of people come near Him as He was tired from the day’s teaching. And alas! When Jesus saw who the disciples were forbidding to come next to Him, He got so angry because it was little children, just like you. It says in Mark 10:14 that Jesus was greatly displeased with His disciples and He asked them to bring the little children to Him. And do you know what Jesus did once the children came to Him? He took them in His arms, hugged them and kept His hands upon their heads and blessed them!! (Mark 10:13-16)

Today my little children, Jesus wants to bless you also, in your studies, your play, when you are with your friends and wants to make you a great person! But you have to do something to receive that blessing and that is to go to Him just as those little children two thousand years ago sought Him.

Jesus is waiting eagerly to bless you today.

Tell this short prayer along with me.

My dear Lord Jesus,

I love you so much. I heard how You blessed children when You were on this earth! Dear Lord, would You also bless me today and use me for Your kingdom? I desire to see You as those children saw You. Please come into my heart dear Lord Jesus. I invite You today.

I ask this prayer in Your name. Amen.

Jesus has blessed you my little children and He loves you!

God bless you.
