Be renewed and replenished in the Holy Spirit
It’s the start of another month and it is time to thank and praise God for the life He has given us.
His purpose in His gift of life is for us to enjoy the journey and the experience. It was in the journey that the Israelites took from Egypt to the promised land that he communed with them day and night and gave them motivation and strength.
Often times, our life can be monotonous and there is nothing much to look forward to the coming days and months. By communing with God daily, we can make sure we are reminded of our calling and the steps to take to attain them in a day to day basis.
We see in the Bible as how the Spirit of God moved over the surface of the Earth (Gen 1:2). It is in this way that the Spirit of God can move over our souls and replenish and renew our lives and rekindle our enthusiasm.
It’s the same spirit of God which covered Samuel when he was sleeping in the room where the ark of covenant was kept and God called out to him three times and spoke to him (1 Samuel 3: 3-11).
Friends, let us once again get our spirits renewed and baptised by the Holy Spirit today.
May God bless you and satisfy you with all good things this month.
