YOU ARE SPECIAL

October 1, 2016

Behold the fowls of the air:  for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? Matthew 6:26

My Dear brothers and sisters, it is His merciful grace that we have seen this new month. So let us praise Him for His mercy endureth forever.

We are living in a place where there are many kinds of trees around us. We can see different kinds of birds living in their nests on the branches of those trees. In the early morning hours we can enjoy the sweet singing of the birds. They start their everyday life with full of joy and never worry about their needs of that day. They used to fly away in different directions in search of their food. They return with the same harmony to their nests in the evening. Thus the Lord our God bless giving them the prey they need. If we look at the birds of the air our heavenly Father feeds them every day and they live on the branches singing happily. He is the caretaker of every living being. The same God also promised that we, the people of the world are worth much more than the birds. Everyone born in this world has to come across good and evil. When we go through the obstacles boldly, then we can achieve something in our life. The only way to conquer our worries and distresses is to submit ourselves at the feet of our Father with thankful heart and do praise Him. When we praise and pray He will comfort us. (Philippians 4:6). Our God and Father will supply all our needs with all His abundant wealth through Christ. (Philippians 4:19).

Daniel was a man of God who proved that the secret of victory is seeking the kingdom of God all the time. Though he knew that the other governors would accuse him and find fault with him he knelt down three times a day towards Jerusalem (Daniel 6:10). He did this every day. By doing this king Darius declared that the God of Daniel is the true God and commanded that everyone should fear and respect Daniel’s God.

We can find no one without sufferings in the world. In the midst all our defeats and afflictions when we seek the kingdom of God and His righteousness with faithful heart He will accept us, bless us and provide us with all our needs.

But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble. Matthew 6: 33 & 34.

So we are called to keep our hearts opens so as to our God to enter in forever and ever. Amen.
