The Messenger
Behold, there stood before me as the appearance of a man. Daniel 8:15
Glory be to God, our Heavenly Father. In this month, the messenger who comes from the very presence of God is on his way to meet you. In the history, this messenger was never sent in vain. The message he carried from God’s presence always played an important role in God’s Kingdom. He is sent to you because,
1: Your Prayers are answered:
In Luke 1:15-17, the messenger spoke to Zachariah concerning the birth of John the Baptist saying, “He will be filled with the Holy Spirit even before he is born. He will bring back many of the people of Israel to the Lord their God. And he will go on before the Lord, in the spirit and power of Elijah …., to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.” When God decided pay the ransom for His people, He first decided to prepare the way for His sacrifice. So He sent His messenger to the world. The answer for Zachariah’s prayer was a part of God’s kingdom.
Do not be afraid, Zechariah; your prayer has been heard. Luke 1:13
2: You are highly favored:
In Luke 1:30-33, the messenger spoke to Mary concerning the birth of Jesus Christ saying, “Do not be afraid, Mary; you have found favor with God. You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you are to call him Jesus. He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David, and he will reign over Jacob’s descendants forever; his kingdom will never end.” When the appointed time had come for God to send His son Jesus in to the world as redemption, He sent His messenger to the world. When Mary was highly favored in the sight of the Lord, she became a channel for God’s kingdom on Earth.
Greetings, you who are highly favored! The Lord is with you. Luke 1:28
3: To unveil God’s secrets:
In Daniel 8:19, the messenger spoke to Daniel concerning the vision that Daniel had saying, “I am going to tell you what will happen later in the time of wrath, because the vision concerns the appointed time of the end.” Daniel had this vision for the second time. While he was watching the vision and trying to understand it, God sent his messenger to explain the vision that Daniel saw. Looking at the messenger Daniel was terrified and fell prostrate. “Son of man,” the messenger said to Daniel, “understand that the vision concerns the time of the end.” When God decides to reveal the secrets of His Kingdom to Daniel, He sent His messenger to the World.
Dears in Christ Jesus, the messenger of God is sent to you to reveal and establish the will and purpose of God in your life and His kingdom. The Word that you will hear from the messenger is from the very presence of God spoken by the Almighty Himself to you. For all the promises of God in Him are yea, and in Him Amen, unto the glory of God by us. For the Messenger said,
“I am Gabriel. I stand in the presence of God, and I have been sent to speak to you and to tell you this good news. …, which will come true at their appointed time.” Luke 1:19, 20.
Glory to God, in Jesus name. Amen.
