Good Fruit

September 11, 2015

No good tree bears bad fruit nor does a bad tree bears  good fruit. Each tree is recognized by its own fruit.

Luke 6:43, 44

My beloved sister, God wants you to bear fruit in His time. God has so many plans for you to bear fruit. He takes so much time concerning you. If you look at a farmer, initially he will plant a seed, then he  pours  water and he will use fertilizer and pesticide for the unfettered growth of the plant. Yes, in the same way God takes so many steps for you to grow and to bear His fruit.

If you want to grow in God, you should stick to the word of God and live by the word of God. The word of God has life in it. So every day you will gain His strength and power and you will begin to grow if you live by the word of God.

When you begin to grow, God will put a valley around you, in order to protect you from the enemy. God will cover you under His wings and protect you from all the winds and floods which could try to destroy you. There will be no harm under His wings. Nothing could come against you because God is your gardener.

My beloved sister, God wants you to grow in Him. It’s not physical growth. It is the spiritual growth. Check up your heart. Are you growing in Jesus? How long are you praying to Him? Stop worrying about the worldly things. Cling on to Jesus. Submit your life to Jesus and say, “Lord, take full control of me.”

When you do this, the Lord Jesus will make you grow and He will enable you to bear good fruit.  The Bible tells  us that the axe is already at the root of the tree and every tree that does not produce good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire (Mathew 3:10). Yes, the axe is at our root. So remain in the Lord Jesus, so that you will bear good fruit.

Prayer

Lord Jesus, I surrender my life into Your hands. Help me to grow in You, Lord. And bless me to bear good fruit, Lord.

In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
