A walk with God – II

2000 years ago God came in the form of man called Jesus and at the age of Thirty he began to preach the Gospel in different places. He  walked around so many cities and told that the Kingdom of God is near. For His ministry, Jesus chose some people to be His disciples and they began to walk with Jesus.

The moment they began to walk with Jesus, they had changes in their life every day. You cannot be the same when you walk with your God Jesus. He will completely change your life. Yes, your God Jesus is waiting for you to walk with you and to change your life completely today.

Jesus met Simon in the lake of Gennesaret. Simon was a fisherman and he was washing his nets back after his fishing and he caught nothing by that time.

‘When he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, “Put out into deep water, and let down the nets for a catch.” Simon answered, “Master, we have worked hard all night and haven’t caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets.” When they had done so, they caught such a large number of fish that their nets began to break.’ (Luke 5:4-6) 

Jesus was waiting for this moment to change Simon’s life completely and Simon obeyed Jesus, his life got changed. He got two boats full of fish and Jesus took Simon to the next level in his life. Yes, my friends Jesus prophesied to Simon

‘from now on you will catch men‘ (Luke 5:10)

Jesus chose Simon to walk with him and gave him a great commission for the Kingdom of God. Yes, my friends you are the chosen one of God. He loves to walk with you and even you too have a great commission for the Kingdom of God in this earth and also God wants you to catch men for the kingdom of God. When you obey God, your walk with God begins. Simon obeyed God Jesus and then he realized that he is a sinner and he wanted to live a holy life. So he left everything he had and he walked with Jesus. He never cared about the two boats of fish or any worldly pleasures.. Instead he wanted to walk with Jesus, so that he will live a Holy life in the sight of God.

Obey your God, so that you will realize your sins and God will help you to identify who you are in God. Once you identify who you are in God, you will hate all these worldly pleasures, God will drive out all your sinful nature from you and you will long for the Holiness alone, because our God is Holy.

If you want to walk with God, obey your God and His word, leave all things which are not pleasing to God.

God is enabling you to inherit Him. God is changing your life and He is taking you to the next level that you are crying for so long. God is opening the doors which have been closed to you so long. God is transforming your friends whom you are praying for. You will see the answers for your prayers very soon.
