For Those Who Wait Upon The Lord

Oh! You there! I see you! There you are, holding all the many promises that our Heavenly Father has assured you, looking above and waiting to see the fruits of those promises which are yet to be ripened. Yes indeed it was a hard journey of faith, where nobody around you was able to understand you, even your kith and kin. Every step you took forward was filled with tears and sobbing weak heart and deep breaths with heart felt pain. It was true that, to the world and people around, you had a simple sweet smile which hid all the narrowed path of your life from them. And you had a lifted head which was waiting to see the resurrected Christ Jesus in your life. Even then, when you stepped into the presence of the Lord, your feeble knees fell on the ground and His abundant love pulled your face down on to the ground, before the Cross and you cried, “Whom have I in heaven but You? And earth has nothing I desire besides You [Psalms 73:25]”, “But now, Lord, what do I look for? My hope is in You [Psalms 39:7]”, “From birth I was cast upon you; from my mother’s womb you have been my God [Psalms 22:10]”. And all that you said to yourself was this, “Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise Him, my Savior and my God [Psalms 42:5 & 11].”

Oh you! Good and Faithful! “Indeed, He who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. [Psalms 121:4]”. Your walls are ever before Him! All these days when you walked through the storms and rain and all through the darkness and the overcast skies, you’ve been guided and guarded. You were never alone! Here is the fruit of your faith and long suffering! Here is your Gospel! The Lord has spoken. Amen. The days of waiting has come to an end. He spoke, “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest. [Exodus 33:14]”. My dearest in Christ Jesus, take a moment to close your eyes and think all the promises that the Lord has given you. All of them are at your door steps, waiting with a command from the Lord Jesus Christ to enter into your life, this year. Hope hugs you today! Feel His warmth! Taste His flavor, the sweetest of the finest honey! Oh you, those who wait upon the Lord, lift your head high! Look! Above the silver-lining of the dark clouds are the doors of Heaven waiting with a command to be opened for you.

Once upon a time, there lived a little eagle named FireBird. His mama named it “FireBird” because of his amazingly beautiful orange feathers. This little FireBird would love the Sunshine and spent hours together gazing at the rays of the fiery Sun, every day. But when the rains will come, he would complain to his mama. He wanted to know why God gave the storms power to take away the Sun. His mama would just smile at him and say, “You’ll know someday when you take a walk on the clouds”. Over and over again the rains will come and over and over again this little FireBird will complain to his mama. And one day a huge storm hit that place with lightning and thunder. His mama had a different answer that day. She said, “Something is waiting for you. You just have to see it for yourself.” The little FireBird was scared. He hadn’t used his wings before to fly in such a worse weather. And he went up into the great unknown. But instead of the answer, he was surrounded with lightning and thunder and howling rain. As he went higher and higher, his heart was downcast. He was about to turn back, but suddenly a glorious moment arrived. He broke through the clouds and there what he saw was more beautiful than ever. All that the little FireBird saw was a clear sky with brightly shining Sun. No storm could take the Sun away. The Sun was always shining. And the little FireBird realized what his mom^ told him, “You’ll know someday when you take a walk on the clouds.”

Yes! We have to realize it too, “the Alpha and the Omega is My Lord and He is Everlasting.” Get ready! Walk on Clouds! No hindrances, No storms! “Those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. [Isaiah 40:31].” Taste the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ! This is the YEAR OF VICTORY! Have a Supernatural New Year. In Jesus name. amen. God bless you.
